From the vineyards of Domaine du Pin, the church of Pin can be admired, a building with a charming half-timbered bell tower. This estate, established in the Gers region, has been carefully vinified and distilled by Patrick and his wife, who have created two to three bottles per year with the aim of their retirement. Now it is up to us to maintain and enhance this precious heritage. The 2006 vintage presents an alluring complexity, enriched with notes of caramel, dark chocolate, and nougat at the outset. On the palate, the texture is creamy, with flavors of caramel ice cream and peach tart, accompanied by roasted almonds. Soft finish and remarkable amplitude, this rum is made to delight connoisseurs.
