The Domaine Lassalle 1992 is an exceptional Armagnac, bottled cask strength, coming from the terroirs of Gers. Aged for 33 years in Gascogne oak barrels, this Armagnac reveals a rich aromatic profile: an amber hue with golden reflections and aromas of peach, apricot, and floral notes, highlighted by a hint of oaky vanilla. On the palate, it is balanced, with notes of candied citrus and spices, with an elegant and lingering finish. Made from Ugni Blanc and Baco grapes, it faithfully expresses the character of its terroir. This Armagnac is best enjoyed neat, ideal as a digestif, paired with dark chocolate or dried fruits.
