Tattoo Finish Bourbon 2013 is a product crafted by Domaine Labeyrie, located in Larée, near Cazaubon. This unique spirit is produced from the Baco grape, which is the main variety of this family vineyard. Although the estate no longer produces Armagnac, this Bourbon stands out for its traditional aging process in Gascogna oak barrels. It is then finished in Weller 107 barrels, losing its appellation. The Bourbon’s aromatic profile reveals a fruity freshness enhanced by a veil of vanilla and dried fruits, with a dominant note of cocoa. Over time, floral nuances, honey, ripe orange, cherry pit, and nut emerge slowly, offering an intense and vibrant finish dominated by vanilla and cocoa notes. This product is more than just a spirit; it is the result of a creative partnership with PM Spirits and collaboration with acclaimed New York tattoo artist Matt Adamson.
