Our acorn-fed Iberian pork loin with smoked aroma, light marbling and a marked acorn flavour makes it one of our star products, closely following our acorn-fed Iberian ham. It is a product with great nutritional properties, beneficial to health if consumed in moderation.

At CASA LA ABUELA we raise our livestock from birth to the production of the sausage. They are fed on acorns from the Extremadura pastures during the montanera phase and on roots, herbs and natural grasses.
All our pigs have the breed and feed certificate.
