BERONIA III A.C. RED WINE
The Beronia III A.C. Red Wine comes from the Beronia winery with the D.O. Rioja, made from three types of grapes: Tempranillo 96%, Graciano 2%, and Mazuelo 2%.
Part of the selection comes from our own vineyards that are over 70 years old, as well as the use of our pre-phylloxera vineyards. Cold prefermentative maceration for a few days, alcoholic fermentation below 26ºC with periodic pump-overs. Aged in new French oak barrels for 15 months.
