Borsao Zarihs Red Wine is an excellent representation of the D.O. Campo de Borja in Aragón, made with 100% Syrah grapes. The Borsao winery achieves a perfect balance with a maceration of 4 to 5 days, followed by fermentation of 15 to 20 days in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 22º to 26º. The aging is peculiar: 40% in American oak barrels for 12 months, while the remaining 60% stays in stainless steel tanks. This careful production contributes to its pronounced toasted aromas with notes of vanilla and mint, complemented by sweet and marked tannins. With an alcoholic content of 15%, Borsao Zarihs ranked among the top 10 Syrah wines in the tenth edition of the International Syrah du Monde competition. This wine displays a bright dark cherry color, with explosive red fruit aromas on the nose.
