Emina Brut Nature is a 100% Verdejo sparkling wine that stands out for its production using the traditional champenoise method. Produced at Finca Las Marca in Villalba de Adaja by Bodega Emina, part of Bodegas Familiares Matarromera, it is characterized by freshness and balance. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC for 10-14 days, followed by 9 months of bottle aging. It has an alcohol content of 12%. Visually, it shows a pale yellow color with green-lemon highlights and fine bubbles forming a continuous rosary. On the nose, it offers aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, yeasts, and lactic tones, complemented by notes of fresh pastries. On the palate, it is fresh with balanced acidity. It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of 6-8ºC.
