La Quinta Vendimia offers a White Wine from the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin, made exclusively from Albillo Mayor from old vines (80 years) located in Alcubilla del Marqués and Pedraja de San Esteban, Soria. These grapes are selected from our vineyards with sandy and sandy-loam soils, ideal for retaining a fresh and floral profile with balanced acidity. The winemaking process involves selecting mature bunches, destemming, and a gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation, with some in new 500-liter French oak barrels, adds complexity and structure. After 8 months in barrel with fine lees, the wine gains a unique aromatic richness. Aromas of flowers, white fruits, vanilla, and spices are prominent on the nose. On the palate, it is elegant, with a long, silky finish, perfect for pairing with fish, seafood, poultry, and soft cheeses. It is also enjoyed as an aperitif.
