'Legaris Reserva Red Wine' is the flagship of the Legaris winery, recognized for its excellence in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. This red wine results from a careful selection of Tempranillo grapes, hand-picked in 15-kilo crates. The production process begins with cooling the grapes, followed by meticulous inspection at the winery. The alcoholic fermentation occurs with native yeasts, and small tanks are used for macerations, extracting the best characteristics of each grape type and vintage. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, aging for 20 months. This wine, showcasing an intense dark red color and aromas of ripe black fruit, is known for its structure, a warm and velvety mouthfeel, and a long finish. Only 86,037 bottles of Legaris Reserva are produced, making each bottle a testament to the dedication and care in its crafting.
