Bodegas Williams & Humbert presents us with the Williams Muscat Sweet Wine, originating from the lands of Andalusia (Spain), made from the Muscat grape variety.
The grapes are hand-harvested with great attention paid to their quality. After that, the grapes are fermented at 22°C. The winery fortifies the wine using aged generous wines. When the wine reaches an alcohol content of 15% by volume, the winery passes it through the criaderas and soleras system, ensuring that the generous wine has a dynamic body.
Bodegas William & Humbert is a winery in Jerez founded in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams and Arthur Humbert. They began exporting their wines to England, becoming one of the leading exporting wineries of Jerez wines. The winery has remained in the hands of the Williams family since its founding and is currently led by the fifth generation.
