White wine from the 2025 vintage, made from 100% Albariño grapes at the Pazo de San Mauro winery in Condado de Tea, within the D.O. Rías Baixas. Presented in a 75 cl (750 ml) bottle, with no barrel aging. The vineyard is set on granite soil and influenced by an Atlantic microclimate, with mild temperatures and abundant rainfall. Harvesting is done by hand, selecting the grapes directly in the vineyard. After several hours of cold maceration, the wine ferments for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at 17-18 °C and is stabilized in isothermal vats. Pale yellow with greenish highlights, bright and clean, it shows high aromatic intensity and expressive varietal character. On the palate it is fruity and broad, with citrus, floral and nutty notes, and a long, intense finish. Recommended serving temperature: 10 °C to 12 °C.
