Cava Rosado Extrem de Bonaval is a sparkling wine made using the traditional CHAMPENOISE method, ensuring a quality process in its production. It comes from the wine-growing region of Almendralejo and is made entirely from garnacha grapes. This cava presents a soft salmon color, accompanied by pink sparks and a fine bubble that forms an abundant crown. On the nose, it offers frank and elegant aromas with notes of bakery and fresh young strawberry, while on the palate, it manifests as a youthful and cheerful wine, balanced and harmonious. The production of this cava includes multiple stages, starting with the filtration and stabilization of the base wine. The tirage liqueur is added, and the bottles are sealed with a crown cap to provoke a second fermentation in the bottle. After a maturation period of at least 15 months, the bottles are riddled using an automatic gyropalette, where the bottles are tilted and turned to bring the lees to the neck, facilitating their subsequent removal.
