Bardos Reserva Red Wine, created by Bodega Bardos, is a unique expression of the D.O. Ribera del Duero in Spain. This wine combines Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Grown in vineyards located over 900 meters in altitude, the terroir is perfect for producing exceptional wines. The Tempranillo grapes come from San Esteban de Gormaz, featuring clay-iron soils, while the Cabernet Sauvignon originates from Fuentemolinos, Burgos. The winemaking process is artisanal, reflecting the essence and climate of the region. During vinification, a careful fermentation and maceration occurs in 15,000 kg tanks at 18 ºC for four weeks, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. The result is a wine of great structure, aromatic complexity, and excellent aging potential, with 16 months of maturation in French oak.
