This Red Wine Cerro Añon Reserva has a breeding of 20 months in oak barrels where it remains in order to have its optimum moment when bottled. Likewise, it is assured that it will have an extraordinary evolution over the years and will continue to surprise the palates that wish to taste it.
Making
The Red Wine is made from grapes from the Rioja Alta, Media and Rioja Alavesa, obtaining the best of each region to achieve an unparalleled blend. Once in the winery and the grapes are selected, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of around 30ºC, carrying out medium macerations.
