The Vino Tinto Macho Man Monastrell MMM is a magnificent example from the Casa Rojo winery, located in the IGP Tierra de Murcia, where Monastrell grapes are cultivated in 13 selected plots in the La Raja area, between the El Carche and La Pila sierras. This wine is the result of a limited 2022 vintage, with only 103,000 bottles available, ensuring its exclusivity. Through a meticulous process, the harvest is done manually, paying particular attention to pick the grapes at their optimal ripening moment, resulting in a long, fresh, and elegant wine. This red stands out for its aging in French oak barrels and Roman clay amphorae, which grant it aromatic complexity with notes of rosemary and thyme, as well as balanced acidity.
