This red wine made with Tempranillo is one of the high-end wines from the winery, a complex and complete wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes sourced from vineyards located in Manzaneque with an area of 9.4ha. with sandy and limestone soils at an altitude of 750m above sea level with slopes of 1%.
The harvest is carried out at night to ensure that the grapes arrive at the winery with maximum quality. Once in the winery, it is manually selected and destemmed, then fermentation takes place in stainless steel and malolactic fermentation in old concrete vats and then the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels to begin aging.
