Wine Tinti Odum Selection Organic Monastrell
Odum comes from organic Monastrell, produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Ecológicos Odum and has a designation of origin located in the areas of Yecla and Jumilla, in the Altiplano region of the Region of Murcia.
Cultivated on limestone soil slopes and under mountain microclimate, whose conditions result in a suggestive wine, offering a wide range of aromas and flavors, cherry red color, with dark tones. The grapes are harvested during the first fortnight of October, with a 100% manual daytime harvest. Its elaboration is destemmed and maceration had a period of 21 days. Bred in 400l barrels - fine grain - French origin.
It contains an alcohol content of 15.10%
This organic wine has won a Gold Medal in the National Competition of single-varietal wines organized by the association of gastronomic and enological press media "A la mesa", in collaboration with the Aula Abierta del Vino (Open Wine Classroom).
