Quinta Soalheira Red Wine is a tribute to the traditions of the Douro region, originating from the first Quinta purchased by the Borges brothers in 1904. The winemaking process is meticulous: the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation is carried out and aging in French oak barrels lasts from 9 to 12 months, enriching the wine with aromas and flavors that reflect its origin. Bottling is done under optimal conditions to preserve its freshness and complexity. With an alcohol content of 13.5 to 14, the Quinta Soalheira Red Wine presents a dense ruby color and fresh aromas of black plum and orange blossom, complemented by a hint of vanilla from barrel aging.
