The Red Wine Senda de los Olivos Selected Harvest is an outstanding red wine produced by Bodega Zifar, located in the prestigious Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin. This wine is distinguished by its single varietal of Tempranillo grapes, cultivated in vineyards located at 710 meters above sea level, in a continental climate characterized by low precipitation of less than 200 mm per year. With a yield of 3,700 kg per hectare and a density of 2,700 vines per hectare, its double cordon training system allows optimal care for the vines. During the maturation process, which lasts for 12 months, fine flavors integrate to offer a smooth texture and a complete tasting experience, where the balance between ripe fruit and wood notes is highlighted, along with elegant tannins that extend its life and a long aftertaste. On the nose, it is notable for its complex aromas, where fruit and subtle hints of vanilla, berries, and wild fruits prevail, accompanied by notes of leather and licorice. Visually, it presents an intense and bright maraschino cherry color that fades into a cardinal red edge.
