Regina Viarum presents its Rosé Wine, a unique expression of the Ribeira Sacra Denomination of Origin. Made from 100% Mencía grapes, it produces a fresh and aromatic wine. The winery employs short maceration and voluntary bleeding to extract a clean and fragrant must. The result is a wine with aromas of strawberries and raspberries, along with subtle floral notes. Controlled fermentation between 15ºC and 18ºC for 15 days ensures the preservation of its freshness. This wine has an attractive bright pink color, is balanced in taste with a smooth and lasting finish. Ideal for pairing with various dishes or enjoyed alone, it is versatile and easy to enjoy.
