Séptima Malbec Red Wine from Bodegas Séptima, originating from the Mendoza denomination of origin in Argentina. Made with 100% Malbec grapes, it corresponds to the 2023 vintage and is presented in a 75 cl bottle, with an alcohol content of 13.5%. After harvesting and extracting the juice, the must is placed in stainless steel, where cold maceration occurs to extract aromas and color. Yeasts are added, and fermentation takes place at 26-28 °C for 7 to 10 days, with daily pumping over until completion. After bottling, it remains stored for 3 months. It has an intense and bright violet-red color. The nose highlights plum, cherries, and blackberries; after a few minutes in the glass, notes of jams, honey, and subtle hints of candied nuts and almonds emerge. On the palate, it is friendly, round, with notable freshness and complexity.
