The White Wine Terras Gauda is the flagship product of the winery and one of the best-selling white wines nationwide. It is part of the D.O. Rias Baixas.
It is made from a blend of varieties such as: Albariño, Loureiro, Caiñó Blanco.
The Albariño and Caiño come from the plots with lower altitude, that is, with higher humidity and warmer.The Loureiro comes from our vineyards of higher altitude and lower humidity, cooler, causing a slower maturation.After a cold maceration of different lengths depending on the varieties, fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 10º and 12º.
