Grapes from the Juegabolos vineyard planted by Tomás Estebanin 1988, the peculiarity of this vineyard is that in the top layer there is 1.5 meters of gravel which makes the ripening is perfect and the environment is very healthy, then we find clay which supplies the vine all the nutrients and water it needs. The production is 4,000 kg per hectare. Totally free of fertilizers and systemic treatments.
The winemaking is very gentle without large extractions, in stainless steel vats with a capacity of 6,000 kg. No enzymes or yeasts other than those native to the grape itself are used during production.
