Vermouth Blanco Reserva Cabecita Loca is a vermouth made by hand in Barbastro (Huesca). Its base is a high-quality white wine with oxidative aging, which is then fortified with wine-derived alcohol. Grape must is used instead of sugar, together with more than 20 natural extracts responsible for the nuances that define this drink. In the glass it shows an orange and gold color. On the nose it offers aromas of complex intensity, with notes of chamomile and anise, accompanied by quince, dried fruit and honey. On the palate it is described as elegant, with hints of curry, hazelnut, fennel and jasmine. Its finish is long and deep, keeping the spices and botanicals alongside fine, persistent bitter and sweet notes. The stated presentation is a 75 cl bottle, equivalent to 750 ml, and its alcohol content is 15 % vol.
