Viña Arnáiz Rioja Crianza Red Wine is a wine from La Rioja, Spain, produced by Garcia Carrión. This wine is made from carefully selected Tempranillo grapes, starting with a selection of the best and ripest grapes. The elaboration process includes controlled fermentation between 25-30ºC, followed by a 20-day extended maceration for optimal extraction of tannins and pigments. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation follows to soften the acidity of the wine. The wine is then moved to French and American oak barrels for 12 months, where it gains complexity with notes of vanilla, spices, and toasting. Aromas of fruits like plums and cherries are complemented by hints of cocoa and tobacco. Finally, the wine is bottled and matures before hitting the market.
