The Viñas del Vero Macabeo-Chardonnay white wine offers exceptional freshness and fruity flavor, crafted in the Viñas del Vero winery located in the prestigious Denomination of Origin Somontano, Aragón, Spain. With over thirty years in the business, this winery cultivates its vineyards across more than 1,000 hectares with primarily native varieties. The Viñas del Vero is a blend of Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Macabeo, typical of Aragón, brings freshness, while Chardonnay adds complexity. The grapes are selected in the vineyard and the resulting must is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. To gain greater complexity, the wine matures in French and American oak barrels, incorporating notes of vanilla and spices. It is recommended to serve between 8 and 10 ºC, pairing perfectly with fish, seafood, and salads. This wine is also an excellent companion for appetizers and mild cheeses.
