Its name, 'Carroa', meaning 'Path to Roa', honors the historic routes connecting Ribera towns. This wine comes from vineyards over 50 years old in Burgos, where soil diversity adds unique complexity. Hand-picking and controlled fermentation ensure high quality. The 16-month aging in French barrels adds elegance, while maturation in oak tanks enhances freshness. It is recommended to serve between 17 and 18 ºC, ideal for pairing with red meats, roasts, or aged cheeses.
