This wine pays homage to the historical figure of Manuel Quintano, a pioneer of modern Rioja in the 18th century. With a selection process that includes four plots of Viura grapes approximately 70 years old and a touch of Tempranillo Blanco, the wine offers a unique experience. After a cold prefermentative maceration and a gentle pressing process, fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, where it undergoes careful aging of 8 months on lees which adds additional complexity.
