Matsu La Jefa 2020: Straw yellow color, medium intensity, very bright with grayish undertones. Great complexity, with prominent notes of vanilla and ripe stone fruits, accompanied by creamy notes. It is complemented by subtle aniseed nuances, reflecting a harmonized nose due to its aging in large wooden barrels, with a sweet character and a wide range of nuances. A very enveloping and glyceric wine, with a lot of creaminess and very pleasant. But at the same time, it has good acidity, resulting in a very balanced and elegant wine. Very enjoyable on the palate, where the sweet nuances and a fine texture stand out, increasing its complexity and richness.
