Ximenez -Spinola Pedro Ximénez Muy Viejo: Intense mahogany colour, very clean. Reflections iodized, very bright. The tear reveals the intense high fructose and its natural glyceric point. The intensity of the raisin is rapturous and resounding, clearly dominating the rest of the aromas. Notes of roasted coffee and dark chocolate very typical of prolonged ageing give it an elegant touch. The exceptional smoothness in the mouth and subtlety of the natural alcohol content give it great finesse. Clearly dominating the raisined grapes, with hints of dried figs, assembling perfectly with the roasted wood, leaving in its endless aftertaste a very pleasant experience, lasting and difficult to forget.
