Ingredients:
Fresh ginger, sugar, preservative sulphites and acidifier E-330.



Ginger originated in India, and in ancient times some peoples used it to preserve food, as a digestive aid and as a physical and spiritual cleanser. According to the beliefs of certain peoples, in the days leading up to religious festivals garlic consumption was avoided and a lot of ginger was consumed to smell sweet and be in a pure state before the gods.
The properties of ginger:
Ginger is spicy and sweet. It is considered a natural stimulant, sudorific, antidepressant and expectorant.

Uses and applications:
Ginger is often used to relieve the typical symptoms of colds (congestion, chills, coughs, etc..), as an expectorant (i.e. to calm coughs and remove phlegm), and to combat the symptoms of indigestion, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, headaches and diarrhea.

It is also believed that the consumption of ginger is good in cases of osteoarthritis, hemorrhoids, sexual impotence and memory loss.


It is essential, however, not to consider ginger as a replacement for conventional treatments and to consult a doctor if in doubt about its properties and possible health effects.




DEHYDRATION PROCESS :


Dried ginger is prepared with healthy, fresh and ripe ginger, which has been peeled and cut into the desired shape to be subsequently dehydrated by hot air, sulfated and frosted with sugar.
