  • -Cocktails and gin and tonics, we can also leave the pods submerged in a good vodka for a month and then enjoy a great 'natural' vanilla essence (do not throw away the pod, as it can be reused)
  • - We can perfume sugar ( vanilla sugar ) by leaving the pods submerged in sugar for a couple of weeks (after being submerged in sugar they can be reused)
  • -To sweeten coffee or tea in a different way

Preservation:
-Vanilla pods should only be touched with very clean and dry hands.
They should not be frozen because they lose their flavour,
It is recommended that they are stored in a cool, dry place wrapped in paper and preferably in a glass container.
In lukewarm water, the pods will rehydrate
