Primicia Blanc is an organic and vegan white wine from the renowned Bodega Celler Batea and is protected by D.O. Terra Alta. This wine is made with Garnacha Blanca grapes, grown in selected vineyards over twenty years old. Its production process includes a prefermentative maceration, followed by an initial fermentation in cement tanks and a final fermentation in new acacia barrels. The wine ages for several months on its fine lees, contributing volume and creaminess on the palate. It showcases a yellow color with greenish hues and features aromas of white fruits such as pear, apple, and white peach, alongside notes of nuts, anise, and herbs. The palate experiences good acidity and a rich body, with floral aromas present. It is a perfect pairing for rice, pasta, risottos, and fish, making it an ideal choice for various occasions.
