The Turrón Guirlache Cristal Gourmet is a jewel of Spanish artisanal pastry, made with Marcona almonds with skin (67%) and orange blossom honey (18%), carefully caramelized with sugar to achieve a crunchy, translucent, and shiny texture, characteristic of traditional guirlache.
Its production process combines manual toasting of the almonds and cooking the sugar with honey in steam, creating a homogeneous and golden mass with a deep flavor of toasted almonds and caramel.
Each piece is cooled, cut, and vacuum packed to preserve its freshness and natural aroma.
