Gilda from Cantabrian Sea Anchovy with Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 units. The Yurrita Gilda is characterized by having double Cantabrian Sea anchovy, piparras from our land, pitted green Manzanilla olives and being made with a blend of Extra Virgin olive oil and sunflower oil. They are handcrafted and the length of the toothpick provides better grip. It is a traditional tapa from the Basque Country. Oval tray of 5 units.
