This green oil from the arbequina variety is a small treasure that we want to share with you after a great effort.

It is the EVOO from a small century-old olive grove located in the middle of La Alcarria de Guadalajara of the Arbequina variety.

Today Arbequina is a very widespread variety due to super-intensive hedge crops, but a hundred years ago it was a variety that was only cultivated in Lleida, which is why it is a true peculiarity to find this cultivation in La Alcarria. Learn more about our arbequina forest.

From Olivares La Común we set out to recover this olive grove and, even though there were very few specimens in it, we could produce a high-quality EVOO that reflected the notes of an olive from trees adapted to the extreme climate of the central Iberian Peninsula, that delighted us with a smooth and soft mouth entry, aromatic and fruity notes, and a spicy finish with great persistence, giving this EVOO La Común Arbequina a complexity that will not leave the most demanding palates indifferent.

• This early EVOO is produced immediately after the olive harvest in the olive grove. (The olives are not stored for a long time as in other cases)
• Olive from the Arbequina variety.
• Intense fruity
• Smooth mouth entry, aromatic, fruity, and spicy finish with great persistence.
• Very low acidity.
• Bottled in opaque metal bottle, (preserving light entry) for optimal preservation of organoleptic and aromatic qualities.
• Stored in cellar at controlled temperature.
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold extraction, pure olive juice, 500 ml bottle.
