The Serrano Gran Reserva Ham made from Duroc breed pigs is the result of a careful and traditional production process, with a natural curing period ranging between 600 and 730 days, in natural drying rooms and cellars. Coming from selected pigs, it is presented with a V-cut and whole leg, with a minimum yield of 33%, guaranteeing a balanced product in fat, salt, and flavor.

With a slightly fibrous texture and delicate flavor, this ham stands out for its low salt content and its characteristic aroma. Ideal for slicing with a knife or serving on a board, it brings elegance and authenticity to any table.
