Vegetable preserve made in Mendavia, Navarra. This preserve is made with selected Castilian chard for its quality, cooked naturally and packaged in a glass jar. Chard is beneficial for health, containing large amounts of vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, and rich in minerals. The cooked chard stems are tender, soft to the palate, and stringless, making them perfect for inclusion in hot or cold dishes.
