Bodegas del Palacio de Fefiñanes is located in Cambados, the heart of Albariño country, and dates back to the 17th century, being passed down through family generations to the present day. The first vintage of the renowned Albariño de Fefiñanes is from 1928.
Albariño de Fefiñanes 2018 is made with grapes from the heart of the variety, the Salnés Valley. It has undergone a low-temperature fermentation for two weeks in stainless steel and was bottled in the first semester of 2019.
Albariño de Fefiñanes 2018 pairs especially well with seafood, oriental cuisine, fish, and cheese.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 9-10ºC.
