Bodegas Mambrilla was born in Mambrilla de Castrejón, in Burgos, at the end of the 20th century with the aim of providing personal and high-quality wines to Ribera del Duero.
Alidis Crianza is made with 100% Tinta del País grapes from our own vineyards, located on south-facing slopes for optimal absorption of sunlight. The soils are gravel and clay.
The maceration lasts 25 days at a controlled temperature between 25-27ºC.
Then it ages in American and French oak barrels for 14 months before being bottled.
This wine pairs well with all types of legume stews and meats.
It is recommended to consume this wine at a temperature of 17ºC.
