Its main ingredients are pea protein (just like Beyond Burger patties) and rice and bean proteins.
Cook like traditional sausages, in a pan, on the grill, roasted, barbecued, fried or baked.
They can be thawed beforehand but it is not necessary. If cooked straight from the freezer, it is recommended to cook on low heat to ensure they thaw properly, as they are very thick.
Keep frozen at -18ºC.
Once thawed, the product stays in good condition for 5 days refrigerated.
