Borsao Zarihs 2018 is a 100% Syrah varietal. The Syrah grapes macerate for 4 to 5 days and ferment for about 20 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. 40% of the wine ages in American oak barrels for 12 months, while the rest ages in stainless steel.
Borsao Zarihs is ideal to accompany big game, roasted duck, and beef steak.
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
