By Ott Rosé is made at Château de Selle, using Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes, in the style of the great rosés from the Provence region.

• Appearance: By Ott Rosé has a pale pink color with orange reflections.
• Nose: Very delicate fruity aromas with notes of peach and apricot mixed with passion fruit and mango.
• Palate: Broad, fresh, with echoes of the fruity aromas along with spicy notes (cinnamon and cardamom), and citrus. All the tradition of Domaines Ott in an elegant and fun wine.

Pairing

By Ott Rosé is an ideal wine for an aperitif, brunch time, or to enjoy by the sea with rice or fresh fish and seafood.

It is recommended to consume at a temperature between 9 and 11ºC.
