Camins del Priorat 2021 is produced by Alvaro Palacios winery. The must fermented at controlled temperature in cement tanks, stainless steel tanks, and wood, and underwent malolactic fermentation in tanks.
Aged for 4 months in new French oak barrels and wooden tanks.
Camins del Priorat is ideal for white meats (duck, pork, turkey...) in sauces, vegetables, meatloaf, and stewed mushrooms.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 15 and 16ºC.
