Elaboration and aging

Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé has been made from the free-run juice, with a slight maceration of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from the vineyard cultivated in the Feixa 1 estate, owned by Espiells.

The aging was carried out for a minimum of 12 months in the cellars.

Tasting Notes of Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé

• Appearance: Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé has a strawberry pink color with a persistent fine carbonic cord to form a effervescent white crown that contrasts with the pink background.
• Nose: With a fresh and suggestive aromatic expression, sensations of very ripe red fruit, cherry and sour strawberry notes accompanied by slightly sweet tones, toasted memories with yeast and delicate purple flowers.
• Palate: On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and smooth creaminess that is felt when the fine carbonic acid melts on the palate, multiplying the previously perceived aromatic sensations along with some subtle herbaceous tones; long journey with good acidity; good, fresh and silky finish with good bitter hints.

Pairing

Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé goes very well with all kinds of dishes.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 7ºC.
