Lan Crianza is a red wine with great personality and ideal for tapas.
Lan Winery aims to treat the raw material with the utmost respect, always preserving the characteristics of the vineyard in each stage of fermentation and aging, both in barrel and bottle.
Lan Crianza is made from traditionally harvested grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 15-day maceration with continuous pump-overs to obtain optimal color extraction.
Aging in mixed oak barrels (American and French) for 14 months, followed by 9 months of bottle aging.
Appetizers, charcuterie boards, pasta and rice dishes. Ideal for enjoying by the glass. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
