Production and aging

Lan Crianza is made from traditionally harvested grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 15-day maceration with continuous pump-overs to obtain optimal color extraction.

Aging in mixed oak barrels (American and French) for 14 months, followed by 9 months of bottle aging.

Tasting notes for LAN Crianza

• Appearance: Lan Crianza has a bright cherry red color with violet edges.
• Nose: A complex aromatic profile, with a balance between the aromas provided by oak and respecting the nuances of ripe fruit and small wild berries.
• Palate: Develops harmony on the palate due to its sweet and elegant tannins. The aftertaste is clean and persistent, with a pleasant finish.

Food pairing

Appetizers, charcuterie boards, pasta and rice dishes. Ideal for enjoying by the glass. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
