Martín Codax Sparkling is one of the latest novelties from this esteemed Winery, a sparkling wine made with albariño, fresh, very fruity, and with a very lively bubble. Martín Codax Winery, founded in 1986 in Vilariño, took the name of a famous Galician troubadour. Their good work over the years has earned them great international prestige.

Production and aging

Coming from their Albariño vineyards, prior to production by the traditional method, the base wine was kept on its lees for three months, underwent its second fermentation in the bottle, and aged for 24 months on its lees before disgorgement.
