The "Patatera" is a sausage that uses a mixture of Iberian pork fat and mashed potatoes. Called "Morcilla Patatera", although this sausage does not contain blood in its composition. Its exterior appearance, due to the paprika content, is very similar to chorizo. The texture of its interior allows it to be consumed in slices or spread on bread, either as an appetizer or starter.
