Pazo Tizón 2019 is a blend of Treixadura, Loureiro, Albariño, and Godello. The vineyards from which it comes are located in Ourense, at an altitude of 350 meters. The vines are 13 and 35 years old.
The climate of the area is characterized by cold winters and warm springs, as well as summers. The harvest is done manually in 16-kilogram boxes. Once in the winery, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC.
Pazo Tizón 2019 is ideal to accompany fish, seafood, and cheeses.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 7-9 ºC.
