Ramón do Casar Treixadura 2021 is made with Treixadura grapes, which are harvested manually and go through a selection table once in the winery. Cold maceration is carried out and the subsequent fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ramón do Casar Treixadura is ideal to accompany seafood and fish.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
